Jerry Davis is the Owner/CEO of Big Jerry’s Fencing. He was born in Boca Raton, FL and moved to Durham, NC in 1988 at the age of 11. He started his professional career as a Law Enforcement Officer with the Morrisville Police Department in 2003. He served his community for 5 years before pursuing his lifelong dream of business ownership.
In 2008 he made the decision to pursue entrepreneurship full time and founded Big Jerry’s Fencing. He has since steadily grown and expanded the company which includes opening multiple franchises nationwide.
Jerry and his wife Evelina have been married since 2004 and have three children. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.
We started with the simple goal of providing quality fences and providing for family. Our founder, Big Jerry, started building fences on weekends as a police officer. We’ve always valued protecting family and property.
Now we have grown to multiple states, but our mission is the same. We make buying fences quick and easy, so you can protect your loved ones and your investments.

Although most fence styles can be installed directly next to another fence, it is uncommon because it is not the most aesthetic option.
Depending on fence style, additional spacing may be required between fences. Additionally, the direction the fence faces may be impacted by a neighboring fence as our installers will require approximately 2ft of clearance when installing wood fence pickets on the outside of the fence.

Yes, Big Jerry’s Fencing offers repairs on fences installed by us or a competitor. Depending on the situation, we may determine that a repair is not practical, and a replacement fence is needed.
This will vary by location and is dependent on the fence type, as some fence styles allow for a quicker installation than others. Most of our crews can install approximately 150ft of vinyl & wood fences per day and upwards of 300+ feet per day for aluminum and chain link. If you have a specific timing need, please discuss this with your local Big Jerry’s Fencing representative.
